Starting up Women's Small Businesses.


Esheet was established in 2003 by Nurit Verbin in order to encourage women's entrepreneurship based on the belief that economic independence is the key to a life of dignity and productive social integration.Esheet actively encourages women to create business ventures, helping them to accomplish their independent business aspirations by providing business know-how through a variety of professional courses. Esheet also provides personal mentoring during the establishment of each woman's enterprise. Esheet enables women to take responsibility for developing small businesses through empowerment and enabling the application of distinct feminine capabilities by providing practical and professional tools and a full support system. Esheet has hundreds of graduates who have launched their own businesses in a variety of sectors, from cooking and baking, through cosmetics and alternative medicine to interior design, graphic design, gardening etc.

Beged Café


Esheet's activity is partly funded from Beged Café's proceeds. Beged Cafe is a second-hand and outlet store, managed and run by volunteers which itself constitutes a model of entrepreneurship. Beged Café is located at 102 Shivtei Israel St., Ramat Hasharon. It is open 6 days a week.
